This is happening across my neighborhood (& further).
7 weeks in to this federal occupation, many neighbors are out of food & at risk of eviction.
I don’t know how else to sound the alarm.
Things are dire. NOW.
We need ICE out & eviction moratorium and more support to keep folks fed & housed.

On NPR on Friday, there was a story of a 4-year-old--an American citizen--who hasn't left her house since early December, not even to play in the yard. And her 8-year-old brother recently stopped going to school, too. Their father is undocumented, and the family doesn't want to risk him being taken.

There is video circulating on social media of a group of ICE agents beating a man near 26th and Nicollet in south Minneapolis, then one of the ICE agents shoots the man while he's on the ground numerous times. A witness can be heard yelling that the victim is dead.

This is remarkable (not the hi-vis so much as the post). One of the reasons military uniforms are distinctive is to distinguish them from the civilian population.
