I just can't "like" her post. Really, BlueSky, we need another option to show that this is a disturbing story.
Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.
The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

I sure can’t argue with this. Sadly, I think this is the way many humans operate and not just in the US. Be safe- vaccinate and stay aware of local health conditions.
This is what is probably going to happen in the U.S with other vaccine-preventable diseases. As with Gloucester, we have states that have decided, as part of their political ideology, to reject vaccines.
This belief is so entrenched that I now believe only a massive outbreak will reverse it.
