okay yeah this! i got my symptoms misdiagnosed and ignored through my whole adolescence due to being fat, even though doctors liked to say i had “good proportions” for my weight. i would have any of my comorbid symptoms come up and it was always “lose weight.” turns out, chronic illness! hm, no shit
