Regarding Greenland, the USA signed a deal with Denmark in 1916. Denmark ceded what are now the United States Virgin Islands in exchange for payment and recognition of Greeland as Danish. The USA not only has no claim on Greenland, but acknowledged Denmark's claim.
The US policy towards the Kingdom of Denmark is getting quite absurd.
There is no chance the US will get a say about Greenland - only the people of Greenland and the Kingdom of Denmark will.

At least 30 people have died in ICE custody in less than a year under the current administration. With the massive increase in detainments, conditions inside ICE detention facilities will only get worse, leading to even more deaths.

Personal news: Voted in as my municipalities Inspector of Election so I'll be busy next Election Day. I won by a landslide victory of three votes. Of course, they were the only votes, but still kind of neat. Less doom scrolling, more getting involved.
