They literally keep pushing through the Gardai line.

The have a right to protest, but trying to push through the Gardai line is just foolish. It will understandably garner a reaction from the Gardai.

What benefit was it to do this other then damage the protest?

I thought it was really nifty, especially as I was in the middle of no where on pitch dark country roads while out for a run.

Being able to just say the driver was at the junction near me was so helpful.

Something I found interesting, I've called 112 before normally and it was treated as a normal call.

I used emergency button on lock screen the other night to report a very dangerous driver. It gave them all my location data etc.

Claimed he built a cow shed for 50 cattle for 1k (w/free labour) so 5k was even too much.
Claimed the required stuff can be picked up cheap...then linked to a wheel bender stand on amazon.

Then claimed they were pro cycling and just wanted low costs.

What they wanted was a crap, awful, cheap job.

I'm embarssed for you, you're suggesting for a bike parking area to use wheel benders for parking the bikes.

Maybe you're right, we should take the same mindset for carparks.

They don't need to be tarmac, just some compacted mud and some gravel is more then enough. No need for tarmac or even painted lines.

Its all about saving money after all. 😉

I might seem obvious with these products.

But you'd be surprised about many, many others, traffic light colours allow people to make better, more healthy choices.

It's only a good thing.
