ok but what if you have a 4 year degree in a thing being unceremoniously deleted, zero experience in the 'something else', and you have bills to pay lol

swapping programs is like swapping from oil paint to watercolor.... and if you have a full supply of oils, a team who specializes in oils, and a client that is expecting oil paintings in a few months..
we cant just be reprogrammed! it takes time to make new workflows, muscle memory and nuances
