War ja auch nicht absehbar, dass von mir ein Aufruf zu dogmatisch sauberer Argumentation kommt —
aber die Vorschläge, den Schutz der EMRK im Bereich Migration abzubauen, sind nicht nur politische Irrlichter, sondern ignorieren auch die Komplexität des Fallrechts.
