I'm in Phila market and Sherill campaign has been running the same two ads for weeks on end. Last night was the first I heard about JC's publishing business fostering opioid addiction. Not sure if that has legs, but they need to fill the airwaves with anything negative they got. Race is too close

Grew up in Iowa and definitely believed Ohio was eastern, not midwestern. Have lived in Midlantic region for 40 years and now understand Midwest to encompass Pittsburgh and Buffalo.

Different dynamic than criminal cases, but EDVA is notorious to visiting civil trial lawyers for its Rocket Docket. Forget discovery,for all intents and purposes. Basically have to be ready to go when you file,and the judges impose ridiculous constraints on how much time you get to present the case.

Presumably referring to the two North Carolina AUSA's they brought in to backstop the newly appointed Acting USA who has zero criminal or trial experience. But, yeah, I would assume DOJ lawyers generally wear halos in any federal courtroom, even in the Rocket Docket EDVA

If there's anything to whatever the hell he's been yammering on about, tweak the reimbursement rates so they are equalized for ER treatment without regard to immigration status, restore the ACA and Medicaid subsidies, reopen the govt, swear in the new Dem rep, and release the Trump/Epstein pedofiles
