I've said this before - they should do this and see just how fast a supercar could do a flat-out lap.
Twice a year they should close the whole M25 from 00:01 until 04:00 on Monday and make it open for racing. Anyone can race their own car or motorbike with no speed limits or other rules. Survivor wins a pie, a pint, and a book token.

I didn't need that introduction to death/grief - I watched Ayrton Senna lose his life when I was eight. 😢
Childhood pets dying is a feature, not a bug. It's obviously not nice, but provides an introduction to/experience of grief that's helpful later in life.

Someone did this to me in a card for my 21st, they filled it with little stars which exploded everywhere when I opened it and I was still finding the bloody things in the carpet about five years later!
If you have ever put glitter or little bits of animal shaped foil into a card of any description then you are an utter utter bastard and you ruined the sentiment of the card. Only money should fall out.

THIS. This is a pet hate of mine and drivers who do it should be hauled out of their cars and beaten up at the roadside.
It is genuinely staggering that there isn't mandatory software in cars/phones to prevent drivers from looking at their fucking phone screens and/or texting while driving. It's something I see every day from almost all drivers and it's a largely unacknowledged disgrace.

Fans of big football clubs don't have a clue what it is to be a real football supporter. Going along to a 60,000 seat stadium is easy. Watching your team every week in the lower leagues is true dedication.

I've been mystified for years by this - cars are always quoted in MPG and then they sell petrol in litres, I've never got why they did't change it to this.
Cars should show performance in miles per litre. We stopped filling up in Gallons 40 years ago

Should come with a multi-year driving ban and also a ban on owning a mobile phone, it's my biggest pet hate in life!
I hate when people text and drive, it genuinely is impossible to do and should come with a year ban from driving. Just look at the road.

And roadworks in urban areas should not only be done during school holidays and all!
The huge reduction in traffic during school holidays is proof all children should be required by law to travel via public transport to school. Only exceptional circumstances should be allowed to travel to school in a parents car.

I've been saying this for a while. I especially dislike the one for the bank (which hasn't done its job cos I can't remember which bank it is) with the children acting as adults - it just comes across as really wrong and weird.
Adverts where kids behave like adults or adults are dubbed with kid's voices are creepy. Stop it.

For years me & my Mrs have played a game where if one of us points at a sign & shouts "wead it" you have to read it out really loud pronouncing all the Rs and Ls as Ws. We had to leave a chemist for laughing when she had to read out "Erection problems? You're in the right place"

I keep seeing Chappell Roan being compared to Kate Bush, and it's bullshit. I would try to elaborate, but I can't work out how this comparison even came around. The only common ground I can find is that they're both singers?
