Can people please stop posting random unsupported claims made to law enforcement found in the Epstein docs as if they're proof of anything? The only thing they're proof of is that law enforcement gets a ton of nonsense complaints, especially about high profile people.

The two Border Patrol agents who killed Alex Pretti were from Texas. I was curious where the other agents in Minneapolis were from, so I looked it up.
Turns out, it's a secret. www.pbump.net/o/where-are-...
Where are ICE and Border Patrol agents coming from?
The duty stations of nearly every ICE and CBP officer is redacted in OPM data.

Ok. I think I just saw the most obnoxious thing I’ve ever seen in person: a Tesla Cybertruck making farting noises at a lady getting into her car next to it.

On police overtime:
They need truck driver-style hours of service limits. No more than 14 hours on duty at a time, 10 hours between shifts, and 60 hours max per week.

Oh yuck. 🤮
Nathan and Jeffrey appear to have shared a long-term interest in the scientific basis of sexual appetite in women, including options such as rabies; the search for a "female viagra"; and a study trying to find the "horny virus" that makes college girls want to have more sexual partners

Because we still can’t figure out electronic bank transfers in the US, it’s crazy that the fastest way to move money between your own accounts at different banks is to write yourself a check and mobile deposit it.

I guess this topic isn’t as much of a third rail up in Washington.
Existing Washington law *forces cities to cut their budgets* every year because revenue doesn’t even keep pace with inflation.

It’s insane that this hasn’t yet been rectified.

Please send your legislators a note in support of fixing the arbitrary *FORCED BUDGET CUT* which is embedded in state law.
Cutoff is next week and there has been no progress at all in #waleg on legislation to lift the arbitrary 1% annual cap on levy increases.

If nothing is done, local governments’ structural deficits will continue.

Security theater undermining activism is a real thing that happens all the time. People need to sit down and actually learn how to think through threat models.

During the Soviet era, at times of govt instability, the state broadcaster would typically preempt scheduled broadcasts by airing performances of Swan Lake
And, tonight, the network's flagship news program -- 60 Minutes -- ran a clip show of old celeb interviews to "celebrate the movies" rather than put together an episode focused on what's going on in Minnesota.
The person who publishes the Free Press — where the words “Minneapolis” and “Minnesota” never appear tonight — also runs CBS News.

Uncharacteristically, the Trump Administration didn't actually enshitify the new data.opm.gov, where federal employment data is published. It's actually better in some respects than the previous version, which published everything as these OLAP cubes that were hard to work with.

We even have laws on the books that quite explicitly address all of this madness. 18 USC § 241 and 242, "Conspiracy Against Rights" and "Deprivation of Right Under Color of Law".

In terms of how serious those laws are: if kidnapping, sexual abuse, or death results, they are capital crimes.

I was involved in the administration of one of those point-in-time counts a while back… Only observed homeless people are counted, meaning it's likely an undercount. More importantly, the process is documented and repeatable, so numbers should be comparable from year to year.

ICE has not paid its bills to 3rd party providers since OCTOBER and the situation will likely persist for MONTHS, a Popular Information investigation reveals

Meanwhile, critically ill ICE detainees are not receiving care

The state should indict members of that secret police force for their crimes; let's find out if they actually have immunity, and what the limits of that immunity are.

I don't think* they have the kind of blanket immunity the Regime claims

*I explain here patreon.com/posts/147687764/
a heavily armed paramilitary force with legal immunity is occupying a city and going door to door kidnapping non-white adults and children in furtherance of an explicitly white nationalist political project

ICE secretly told its officers that any time someone has been ordered removed, ICE can break down their door.

It has been accepted for generations that the only thing which can authorize agents to break into your home is a warrant signed by a judge. No wonder ICE hid this memo!

This kind of screening on an outbound flight is quite normal. It’s frequently CBP, but ICE does it too when they are looking for someone. They’ve been doing it forever.
New— An American citizen boarding flight from Boston to Lisbon just now told me after showing boarding pass, every passenger stopped on jetway by two ICE agents demanding to take their photo. When passenger asked why, ICE threatened to detain them. If they said no photo, couldn't board/TBD detained.
