“Think David Attenborough meets a snarky film critic. A delightful mix of wildlife passion and pop culture commentary!” apparently… 😉
Calling Trump “the most openly corrupt president in American history” is a statement of fact. Censoring it is abject cowardice and the opposite of what the Reith lectures are supposed to be for.

Reform is a party that says things that appeal to racists, fields racist candidates, fawns over racist world leaders, made a convicted racist guest of honour at their conference, and whose leader refuses to outright deny having racially abused people.

If only there were a word for such a party.

This is utterly bizarre.
There are some truly unhinged bits in the piece about Glasman, as to be expected when dealing with Glasman, but seriously what the actual? That's...one hell of a conflation of terminology.

This is a rare case where one of these petitions might actually work. Gives Labour cover to call it without being accused of just trying to attack Farage. So it needs signing by as many as possible.

It is critically important that all other political parties keep pressing on this, and that as much of the media that’s not already captured does the same. We cannot have Russian assets running the country.

Trump has consistently sided with Russia and come up with ideas that favour Russia. Yet he’s still complaining because the Ukrainians won’t kiss his ring for betraying them over and over again.

In Tesco’s this afternoon: an elderly Polish man at the self-checkout, trying to buy a pint of milk and a white radish. There is no picture for the radish on the machine. The assistant doesn’t know what it is. She asks a colleague: “It’s a white radish.” There is no entry for it on the machine.

That renewed threat was led a good deal of news media.

Previously the hope was the government were making lazy assumptions or just poorly informed. If they carry on now, they are lying to the public, and that’ll be a basis for a strong legal challenge.
This is what many of us have been saying. Part 3 of the Planning & Infrastructure Bill is based on a myth: that we don't have enough homes because wildlife and green spaces are protected. It will solve nothing, and inflict terrible harm on our remaining ecosystems

What the BBC *should* do is await a formal response in reply to their letter. Or they should simply wait to be served with a law suit.

And take local (ie US) law advice.

Only then will they have the further information to make a rational decision on the merits of the case.

He isn’t doing anything of the sort. As long as the BBC hold their nerve, Trump will find a way to back down and pretend he didn’t.

This, as with his phony war in the Caribbean, is all just distraction behaviour.
