Remember your favorite creator possibly might be struggling with imposter syndrome and doubt and this timeline sucks.. so if you find yourself thinking “wow I really relate to this persons work” or that persons work gives you joy, you should probably tell them. It’s a hard time to be a creative.

The fracturing of the internet sucks. I wanna gift someone a copy of Desert of Ash, one of the very first people to show support/interest, but he stopped posting on X, didn't make it over here or anywhere else AFAIK, and his website's dead.

I hope he's enjoying life sans social media at least!

I've been using royalty-free sound effects exclusively so far, but today I had something specific in mind for the sound of a board game box being opened and couldn't quite find it, so I just went ahead and recorded the sound myself. 💪

Seems like YouTube is trying to make it harder to watch with ad block again. Couldn't click on videos on the home page, and videos wouldn't load from direct links... but disable ad block and it all works fine. 😠
