Calling Fenway "the Fens" is ... technically accurate, but it kind of shows how interested the football guys are in baseball coverage

Talking about the Patriots’ “drought” is a good way to make them seem as unsympathetic as possible, lol

Last six sheets of FP4 from the December trip have been developed. 28 sheets total.

Color is lagging a bit behind because the lab I drove to yesterday wouldn’t take it for … factually incorrect reasons. So may not have everything for a couple more weeks.

"With deferrals" is a pretty good reminder that the way people report contract value is pretty useless now

Still playing a bit with this one (particularly the crop) but it's the last photo from the April trip that I'm going to share, most likely.

A chicken parm taco is just a chicken parm sub without adequately supportive bread
you can't just throw anything in a tortilla and call it a taco. it feels insulting to actual tacos

Having a secret police kidnapping people would still not be acceptable even if they trained more
Chris Murphy: "The amount of training that's given to an ICE officer has been cut in half by this administration. The number of days of training they get are 47. You know why they get 47 days? As an homage to the vanity of POTUS. No wonder the number of violent incidents are going through the roof."

... in the final two minutes of half or game, or on 4th down, only the fumbling player can recover and advance the ball

Can somebody explain to me, as somebody who knows very little about football, why that was not a fumble recovery for a touchdown

One of the prerequisites for the “learn to use a darkroom” class I’m taking next month is to have two fully shot rolls of HP5 ready to go, so I started prepping for that this morning. Shot half a roll at Miller-Knox park in Richmond, which has nice views of SF and Mt. Tam.

Bought a little mini photo printer to play around with. Idea is to have some small prints to pass around at the photographer meetups I’ve been going to, plus eventually I want to do a big pegboard in my apartment with a bunch of my stuff.
