Abolish ICE is too confusing. What we meant to say is that "no masks should be deployed in an arbitrary and capricious fashion."

can think of other journalists to support who haven’t kept working at an imperial mouthpiece that openly said it’d be pro capitalism over a year ago, personally

As I've argued before, this "both sides" framing completely misses the massive power imbalance. The Democrats, and liberals more broadly, have billions of dollars worth of resources at their disposal, including the many media and nonprofit institutions that are effectively arms of the party.

There's no evidence that the left cost either candidate their elections. None. Not even a shred!
I think the 2016 and 2024 elections showed that leftists have a lot to learn about just sucking it up and choosing the better option and liberals have a lot to learn about listening to the people to their left who say “everything is not perfect.”
Yeah, like these nitwits still haven’t figured out the way to avoid being here is not to spend 18 months poisoning the well against the one option to prevent fascism.

Now that we are here, yes, maybe start listening to us since that was too much to ask before, and you fucked up.

I don’t think these people are stupid, they are employed to hold an ideological line. They are here to rehabilitate and normalize a fascist pedophile

Baffling, stupid response.
We apologize for the brief suspension of @dril.bsky.social. While our automoderation tool correctly identified that he 'knew too much,' we regret the error.

leftists didn't demand perfection. if that was the case the demands would have been massive increases in social spending, open borders, wealth redistribution etc... we just asked for an end to genocide and less investment in cops and the dhs/ice. democrats were completely unreasonable.
Leftists have this thing that purity outweighs practicality and that’s dumb. But liberals have this thing that we can’t demand better and just have to accept the suck. That’s stupid too.

Susan Collins raised more money from AIPAC donors last year than small donors.

When we asked her campaign spokesperson about it, he hung up.

if the whole genocide thing wasn't enough for you, another good reason to get AIPAC money out of democratic politics is that the organization now exists to move republican donor money into democratic races to sow chaos and get the most republican-friendly democrat elected
Punchbowl has AOC quoted saying the same thing that I've been saying for the past few weeks re: AIPAC spending against pro-Israel Tom Malinowski.

“It’s quite shocking how moderate of a stance that they are mobilizing against. We’re not even talking about them targeting the left,” Ocasio-Cortez said
AIPAC’s first 2026 test
A Thursday special primary election will reveal whether Malinowski can survive a spending onslaught in a new era of anti-AIPAC sentiment among Dems.
