It's too biased towards Instagram creators IMO.

lol asked about dispo plans on a PICU patient transferred out to the floor and the silence on the other line made me wonder if 98% of the reason this provider works in the ICU is to avoid thinking about discharge planning/outpatient management

Even if not a single person in all of these states voted for him, it would still be immoral and illegal to do this, but in reality, these states have approximately 32 million citizens who voted for Trump. He is perfectly happy to screw over his own voters.

If ER wait times are going up, it is because we are making it less likely for people with medical skills to come to the US and stay here. Our medical system cannot function with only US citizens working in medicine.
