NBC's sources said that "the potential mission in Mexico is not designed to undermine the Mexican government." But that's what it will do if the US is doing CIA drone strikes on Mexican soil over the objections of the president.

I would wager that the actual reason why no prior sitting president has apparently ever taken the Montreal Cognitive Assessment test, is that no prior president or VP since the test's creation in 1996 has ever engaged in behavior that is as suggestive of cognitive impairment as Trump has.

IMHO trump, putin & xi have figured out if they want to end democracy around the world, it can only be accomplished by working together instead of fighting each other. The US wants the western hemisphere, Russia wants Europe and China wants the east and all of the south pacific.
