Lovely rainbows Annie 🌈 😊
A quiet weather day the forecaster said.

Ha! I was blown about and blasted with salt and grit and drenched in rainbows.

But my shadow-self looks long and lithe 😉

Night night sweet dreamies

Nothing is so strong as gentleness, nothing so gentle as real strength.
Have patience with all things,
But, first of all with yourself

A 500-year-old oak was felled for convenience.
In Suffolk, a retired classics teacher decided that wouldn’t happen again. He tells Aidan Baker his story.

Happy autumn equinox!
I was hoping for clear skies but it's cloudy. So here's the sun setting at its equinoctial position on the northern tip of the Trotternish peninsula on Skye.

View from the old wooden post on the clifftop near home over the sea to Skye in 2019 😊

Suicide is the major cause of deaths for those under 35.

The issue is being highlighted as The Baton of Hope comes to Norwich 👇

Mental health support is key.

Norwich is lucky to have the Norfolk Clubhouse, described by Sir Noman Lamb as an 'enlightened' support model...

Be more bumblebee 🐝❤️
Bumble bee was one of the happiest of all the bees. He’d buzz and bumble around the spring flowers and appreciate every single one of them. He didn’t get to take the flowers home, just love them for a second and move on. Maybe that’s why he was so happy…no attachment, just love.
