Case in point: DHS claims this death in TX was a suicide. Coroner and eye witness accounts show it was a homicide.

Every DHS statement should have a disclaimer: the statement can’t be verified and DHS has shown a pattern of deception in their statements under Trump

I’m so cynical of everything right now that I just see this as pretext for a brutal ICE operation in MN on Thursday morning in order to knock Smith off live news coverage.

Although it might take the invasion of Greenland to do that.

9 of 13 “worst of the worst” were already in state prison. ICE “captured” them when the state transferred them to Federal custody.

At this point, if the media can’t first independently verify Federal claims, the claim shouldn’t be published or aired.
Several of the 13 “worst of the worst” criminals that the Department of Homeland Security said were arrested in Minnesota through its immigration enforcement operation were actually handed over to ICE by state prisons before Operation Metro Surge began.
Some criminals ICE takes credit for arresting were already in Minnesota prisons

ICE killed a Minnesota resident, refuses to investigate the agent who killed her, refuses to share evidence with the state, and now Trump seeks to imprison the Governor of Minnesota & the Mayor of Minneapolis.

Are you awake yet? Or does 5th Avenue extend all the way to Minneapolis?

This is what is considered “impeding” federal law enforcement. This is what Trump wants to jail Walz for.

Don’t tell me what you’re doing in Minnesota is about fraud when you are pardoning people FOR THE SECOND TIME who committed fraud
President Trump quietly issued clemency grants this week, including to a California woman he had pardoned once before and a man whose daughter had donated millions to a Trump super PAC.
Trump Sets Fraudster Free From Prison for a Second Time
The president issued a raft of clemency grants this week, including pardoning a woman he had given relief to once before and a man whose daughter had donated millions to a Trump super PAC.

He’s going to invoke the Insurrection Act
He’s going to cancel the midterms
He’s going to run for a 3rd term
He’s going to use a nuke

He’s told you all of these things. Some multiple times.

Now how much more do you need to see before you believe he intends to find ways to do all of them?

I believe this statement foreshadows Trump arresting Walz and invoking the Insurrection Act.

Trump is also going to let mining companies destroy the Boundary Waters. He wants a violence so severe against our land that it leaves a generational ecological scar to never forget him.

Motherfucker is going Thanos, collecting ill-gotten peace prizes like Infinity Stones. He just snatched away a Nobel Peace Prize to add to his bullshit FIFA Peace Prize. How many more exist to fill the gauntlet? The OPEC Peace Prize? The Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Peace Prize?

At one point today, there were 283 Minnesota attorneys doing a training on how to file emergency habeas petitions to keep our neighbors from being shipped out of state and held indefinitely.

That would be the second largest law firm in the state. And that training was just put together this week.

Proximity to pain means a lot. I felt like I was listening to my Chicago friends, but maybe I wasn’t truly *hearing* them. What ICE is doing in Minneapolis is so horrific. I *feel* that now, deeply. I know I’m a different person at the end of this.

The MN AG just opened up a reporting portal for ICE incidents to support its lawsuit against DHS and for future prosecutions.

It’ll be dangerously cold this weekend in the Twin Cities. Windchills will reach -20°. With how violently ICE is grabbing people, they might not be dressed for the weather, especially if ICE keeps dumping people miles from their home or car without their phone. Frostbite hits quickly at these temps.

Just so people outside of MN know - a lot of the US citizens getting “arrested” by ICE never get processed at Whipple. They are roughed up during the arrest and then often dropped off miles from where they were picked up. It means we don’t know the true scale of what ICE is doing based on ICE stats

The DOJs refusal to even investigate Jonathan Ross after he killed Renee Good says that the government isn’t actually interested in justice. Which means what’s happening in Minnesota is not a policing activity, it is a war

Working for whom, Pam? I didn’t hear you say the American people once.
Bondi: "What happened in Minnesota -- we had 6 prosecutors who suddenly decided they didn't want to support the men and women in ICE. One of them was busy doing a photo shoot with the New York Times while ICE was out there risking their lives ... breaking news tonight: I fired them all."

It would be a shame if an armada of drones dropped balloons filled with piss on them.
Lmao someone threw an open bottle of piss into an ICE vehicle that was driving by
