You think maybe this is a biggie as far as solar storms go? You'd be right. It is! One of the five biggest of the current solar cycle, SC25. In terms of rate of energy dissipation though it isn't up to the May 10-11 event of 2024. That was a G5-level storm. Stay tuned for tomorrow.

Says a lot about Ford's priorities that his government rushes to pass a bill ending ASE after 20 members of his cabinet get dinged but hasn't done anything in 7 years to properly fund social services like ODSP and Ontario Works so that the most vulnerable members of society can actually live.

- He said it was a mistake to pass the Civil Rights Act in 1964
- He said gay people are a "social contagion"
- He said the 2nd amendment is worth the cost of "some gun deaths."

i'm not holding anyone's hand when i say this, but when a book's goal is to make you feel uncomfortable and then it succeeds in doing so, that doesn't make it problematic. that's the book delivering on its promise.

not everything is a comfort read.
