Wtf, that TD reminded me of the Seahawks' 2 point conversion in the 2014 NFCCG

Stafford's HoF case relies on forgetting just how many meh years he had in Detroit. (1 pro bowl, 0 all-pros)

I know some of those teams were pretty bad, but he also had Megatron for his first seven years.

Does Stafford have a case of the Old Man in the Cold Weather?

Texans offense straight up squandering an amazing defensive performance lmao

It was very weird watching a team take an 18-point lead into halftime and then just proceed to do more of the same in the second half.

Much to consider.
Buddy invited me to the Seahawks 49ers game.

Cuck chair is wild for a post from a state senator lmao
I have the utmost respect for Senator Kaine and Senator Warner but we do not need “coaching” on redistricting coming from a cuck chair in the corner. How about you all stay focused on the fascist in the White House and let us handle redistricting in Virginia. 10-1

This is a fantastic piece. If you're a Packers fan frustrated by special teams, this is a good read. (It'll likely challenge your priors!)

Very Wisconsin.

Other Team: I like that assistant coach.

Packers: Aw, gee, thanks. I got 'em for half off.

I keep thinking about this general concept. I sometimes feel silly talking about a team's toughness, physicality, or grit because those concepts are so squishy and hard to define, so they're easy to use in a meaningless way. But this has been such a recurring theme that it's gotten hard to ignore.
Robert Saleh on 10/16/2022:
"Just keep giving the Packers body blow after body blow, keep hitting them in the mouth, we felt like if we kept taking them down to deeper water they’ll find out they can’t swim." Has that changed in 4 years?

The funny thing about Trump's post is how poorly it aligns with Minnesotans' perception of their state.

They fucking love Minnesota & would generally balk at the characterization that it's overrun by criminals.

Minor exception for the conservative suburban crowd afraid of going into downtown MSP
You can tell Trump is extremely nervous about losing the propaganda war in Minnesota, which is all that really matters to him.

He opens with a rhetorical question about “the people of Minnesota,” not just the communist scum or whatever. He knows regular people hate what’s happening in the state.

Every game I see Rodgers whining about a receiver not running a route just how he wanted or not picking up on a check. If it's a constant, across multiplr teams, at what point are you the problem, buddy?

John is, of course, right. The frustrating thing is that contempt and skepticism for power—especially government power—used to be a staple of American culture/attitude.

I'm not sure when that changed, but we're worse off for it.
Their job—like a lot of jobs—is hard and deals w unpleasant things.

But they do a lot wrong, and being skeptical and wary if not sometimes contemptuous towards them isn’t just ok; it’s likely an essential attitude in a democracy to be wary of the guys w the guns and the jails.

I'm still in camp keep MLF. And I think in a sport that has a ton of randomness built into it, it's dangerous to come to conclusions based off of a single game.

BUT, they are 37-30-1 the last four years. And I think we underrate just how weird and disjointed they've been during that time.
January 11, 2026 at 4:36 PM
I can't get it out of my head that on Pack-A-Day Mike Wahle raised the question of whether MLF should be thought of similarly to Mike Sherman.

I get people calling for Bisaccia to be fired—I've said it a bunch too. But @jumosq.bsky.social fully convinced me on one of his podcast appearances that the organization as a whole is the problem, not Rich. We've had bad ST for decades, and that doesn't happen without institutional negligence.
