I mean, sure. I was living in Central PA at the time and would have had to seek out Lamb to meet him (I didn't vote in the primary, they all seemed fine). Fetterman just showed up to events over a number of years and met people. He's not good, but dem establishment candidates don't do that.

Fetterman showed up multiple times to political events (not local Dem party events) and shook hands and had conversations with people over a number of years. At the time he seemed to have good politics (bait and switch, etc.). Let's not retcon the fact that Lamb got out ground-gamed.
