The volunteer pilots ✈️ at @elevatedaccess.bsky.social have flown almost *3,000* people for abortion and gender affirming care.

Now, we’re looking for a donation of a specific type of plane to fill in some gaps left by commercial planes and the private planes of our generous volunteer pilots.

My first thought was “wow I hope this guy didn’t give out his name because he could absolutely be charged” and yup, he is correct to stay anonymous.

This man’s account is shocking. His neighbors’ situation is shocking. The entire Chicago raid is shocking.

On the other side was a mom and her 7-year-old daughter, pleading for his help.
"I wasn't planning on letting her stay, but I didn't know what the hell was going on," the man said of his Venezuelan migrant neighbors. But he quickly relented. The little girl was inconsolable and hid under his bed.
"I didn't want them to take her," said the man, who didn't want to be named because he fears he'll be targeted by federal authorities for his actions.
"I gave her my bedroom, and I just told her,
'Just stay there. Don't open, don't, shh, just stay quiet," he recalled telling the mom and daughter as he choked back tears.

We had pizza a block from here today, an area with tons of young families. Right before that we were following an ICE van that was weaving through side streets of uptown and andersonville. ICE is crawling all over our north side neighborhoods, but only the ones that are diverse.

1. Suspend the approval of any new generic versions of mifepristone pending the outcome of the REMS safety review;
2. Commit to ensuring that all generic versions of mifepristone are included in the ongoing reevaluation of prior REMS approvals;

The States of Iowa, Montana, Oklahoma, South Carolina and 14 additional States
respectfully move for leave to submit the attached amicus curiae brief in support of Defendants
and their opposition to Plaintiffs’ requested temporary restraining order and preliminary
injunction. Proposed amici are States with a vested interest in federalism, the relationship between
States and the federal government, and deploying the National Guard. We also each have a vital
interest in supporting the President and Congress in enacting and enforcing valid immigration
laws. Every State has a responsibility to protect our citizens.
The federalization of States’ National Guard units is a matter of profound public
importance, as it directly implicates the delicate balance of power between state and federal
governments—a true cornerstone of Federalism. States generally maintain authority over their

We all knew this would be the inevitable issue, *all* police forces support police states. Chicago cops don’t live in the neighborhoods they terrorize, those urban areas are their little torture fiefdoms. They hate my city and the people who like living here, they welcome more violent occupation.

So in recounting to someone just now all the antiabortion efforts to restrict abortion pills, there's one bottom line reality:

Every single effort since Dobbs to restrict abortion pills has FAILED.

Of course, with the "so far" caveat. But 3.5 years in, nothing but failure.
