This kid is a prodigy.
When my introvert 4yo doesn't want to interact with another kid, his teachers report he just pretends he can't hear them and slowly, slowly, slooowly turns his body away from them the more they keep trying to talk to him. And honestly, as a grown-up introvert, I'm kinda jealous he can pull that off.
