Setting up my espresso machine ahead of time so I can flip it ok in the morning using a smart plug without leaving bed is some wrinkle brain thinking.
Related: got the machine in 1996 and so it’s nearing its 30th birthday. Keurigs have last me 3-4 yrs tops before their pumps burn out

Wondering if Swedish punsch is a cocktail makes me continue to question which mixed drinks are older than the Sazerac, which alleges to be the oldest named cocktail. Is punsch a liqueur because premixed? Are bottled cocktails liqueurs? Are tea/spirit/sugar/water drinks not cocktails? 🤔

Minneapolites who like mixology need to be sure to stop by Hola Arepa for their holiday pop up menu. Amazing presentation. My cocktail came out hanging from a huge evergreen branch. Another one came out of a little diorama filled with smoke. Another in a snow globe. Bartenders on point!
