We in Ireland have found out in the last few days that OUR Govt. suppressed the news that between 6 & 12 Irish people are in these camps in the USA it only came to light when 1 of the interned phoned a RTE radio show.
Fascism only thrives when others look away. My Govt. is complicit in hiding this.

I have seen firsthand what happens when the government sends children and families to camps — detention centers, “facilities,” whatever name they choose to soften the blow. I know what that kind of incarceration does to a child’s spirit, to a family’s sense of safety and belonging.
