I’d love this but I have trouble trusting enough of the American public to vote for it. Then there are probably R states that are so high on their own supply you’d have a secessionist crisis (though that should actually help in keeping Congress).
we can do A LOT with a single trifecta with a real governing majority (ie a filibuster-breaking one), but i maintain we really need like a least three presidential term with at least half of that time in trifecta to really set the bone and mend the break
