Just so it's clear. It's not allowing AI because it's trying to create a clean dataset for training AI. It's not because any of the involved parties actually care about human created art.

They have no culture. None. They desperately want to claim fictional stories, ancient myths, modern religions etc but they fundamentally do not - and perhaps cannot - understand what any of these are about
