It’s painfully obvious where our main weaknesses are:
Right Back - Patto
Left Back - Myko
Lack of reliable depth on the wings - McNeil / plus Dibling not yet
Depth at centre forward - only Thierno
Everywhere else has relatively decent depth unless I’m missing it?

In 5 seasons with us Mykolenko has 4 goals and 2 assists
His crossing is abysmal, moves frequently die when he receives, and wingers get so little help from him
Just for comparison, in his last 5 seasons, Leighton Baines scored 9 and got 27 assists

We are a good side away from home when we can stay tight and not be expected to control the game. At home we are lacking in quality and Moyes way of playing doesn’t encourage us to control the game.

Branthwaite made a huge difference when he came on. Look so assured on the ball and his distrbution was great. Dewsbury-Hall's intensity was fantastic especially after so long out.

You cant play and win consistently without aggressive overlapping full backs, flood the wide areas and get your midfield closer to Barry Moyes knows that he reinvented thr FB position with Baines & Coleman, Cahill arriving late and punching corner flags.

Branthwaite and O'Brien were so comfortable as wide cbs we didn't need a defensive wing back in Mykolenko and that formation suited us much better with missing Grealish
