Since colonial times, we have had legal migration restrictions. States ran international + interstate migration until the feds took over in the late 19th c. Yes, states deported people & could tax, ban them from entry. There's a book for that, due out March 10. 👇1/

Minneapolis has seen a stunning 1,646% spike in calls from families who can't pay rent because they're afraid to leave their homes to work.

This is state violence manufacturing housing precarity in real time.

People should not be facing eviction when their city is under occupation.

Genuinely interesting. Kristi Noem is snitching that Stephen Miller is the one who made up the bullshit about Alex Pretti.

It would be genuinely useful if Congress can get her to admit that he has been dictating ALL OF THIS just like he dictated the murderboats.

More than 10,000 PhDs in health and STEM have left the federal workforce, with more than 20% leaving from HHS. Together, this is more than 106,000 years of federal experience and leadership pushed out of public service. This is why our health agencies are no longer functioning.

I for one didn’t expect the Trump regime to prove that race is a social construct that transmits power, just like they taught me at a selective liberal arts college, but
one kind of weird aspect of this is that a relatively diverse federal agency has been sent to a very white city by white nationalists to do ethnic cleansing, where they're executing white people in the street
