i've started doing a bit every time i see a new dave jorgenson video that i turn up the volume as loud as it will go and walk near my boyfriend but i don't let him see the video he just has to listen to the very loud video. this isn't a political thing we have the same views i just think its funny

this is correct but also not to be dramatic or anything but it seems really bad to have a political system that hangs in the balance of trusting the party in power to act in good faith and not remove the technicality that gives the minority any semblance of power, which they can do at any time
I think it's crazy that some on the left see the right beginning to muse about ending the filibuster and thinking it's a good thing.
They would consolidate power in such a way that makes Dems coming back unfeasible.
Voter ID, mail in restrictions, end of same-day registration, voter roll purges.
