I said at some other point that I get mad at Deadlock less than Dota and shit for some dumbass reason and after like a 3rd time where FOUR of the SIX people on my team are DOGSHIT I kinda have to ask the dipshits in charge of matchmaking to at least put some effort into it.

And his gun just kinda blows imo, like overall I have fun with Billy but he feels like he just falls off when the game goes longer than 20 minutes or if the enemy team has like any CC characters at all.

If you go out of your way to get lightning scroll over alternative tier 4 spirit items you get a stun on his ult sure but by that point you could just go in for like Curse of something arguably better than using his ult that just kinda blows unless you go all in on greens.
