Have returned to Hades II now that it's actually released. Still very good; feels like a sequel done right: all the good familiar parts of the first one plus enough new to keep it interesting.

Back before December holiday travel I needed milk but the grocery was out of the dairy stuff. Seeing that soy milk lasted months and I don't hate it, I bought that instead.
It is mostly fine but there some things where it's really weird. And it doesn't seem to work in tea at *all.* :-/

Tried playing Forest Shuffle with mom. The most difficult mechanics were:
- discarding cards to pay for other cards
- bonus effects, specifically: which cards had to match color and that colors already in the forest don't affect you

Friends of my parents went to Japan recently and had asked me for recs on what to see, so the other day they all called to talk about their trip.
One thing they talked about was "Tech Town", which is a name for Akihabara I think I have never heard ever.
