We simply can't keep doing this stuff & expect either 🇷🇺 or 🇨🇳 to behave any differently in international relations. Again, these things need(ed) to immediately end presidencies 20 years ago & now.
Really looks like the United States is about to launch a regime change war against Venezuela with:
-No casus belli
-No authorization from Congress
