I’m 3/4 of the way thru the last Wheel of Time book, just at the finish line and adjusted to Sanderson, but my big takeaway on the changeover is still the fascinating gender deal. Robert Jordan’s main fixation really was women talking in lovely dresses. Then the last 3 are jarringly by and about men

Had a major gender surgery a few weeks back and in retrospect I really needed to uninstall bluesky. Doesn’t matter that the problem is just relentless, accurate reporting on the state of things. Not the time or place
