Not yet. Trump himself was indicted on State-level charges as a co-conspirator in the 1/6 attack. In August 2023, a federal grand jury indicted him on charges related to the efforts to overturn the 2020 election that led to the 1/6 attack. Trump is a proven liar & convicted felon.
