Been absolutely loving this series; charts an entertaining history of the earliest days of bringing anime/manga to English audiences when everyone seemed to be just throwing anything against the wall and seeing if it stuck.

Been absolutely loving this series; charts an entertaining history of the earliest days of bringing anime/manga to English audiences when everyone seemed to be just throwing anything against the wall and seeing if it stuck.

Should also mention I'm game to take on more cover and illustration gigs too. Mostly work in monochrome, but I did the colors on the bottom two more recently and would love to do more of that going forward!

Found a chunk of recent Kirby reprints in the local charity shop - a tenner for the lot! I initially bounced off Kirby trying to read those glossy paper collections in the late 2000s, but these seem much more tastefully produced

Part of the reason I find most discussion/the hype cycle of GTA6 uninteresting because almost none of it is about the game itself.
Its about games that have to move around it, its about how much it can get away costing, its about how it will affect the industry. Not gameplay or narrative.
