The alt text is great, but for those who don’t follow Canada news, the truly horrific premier of Alberta, in between denying rights to people on the basis of gender and violation inviolable treaty rights, really wants Alberta to become Trumpistan with her in charge.

The open secret that Thomas King is not Indigenous at all is finally verified, and honestly it's a relief. Having him just confess this instead of going out kicking and screaming like so many before him causes a LOT less harm to Indigenous communities.

Not even remotely the point, but this napkin really drives home the idea that much of caricature drawing is stopping before you add all the details that distract from the essence of the subject.

I was a scrutineer last night, and I’ll tell you the system that is in place is brutal. Those folks deserve our respect. There are some failsafes, but having witnessed the process it’s easy to see how double counting can occur.
