When I want inspiration, I listen to gospel music, read my Bible or watch a Ted Talk. When I want to make my voice heard and make sure things happen in my community that I cannot do as an individual, I vote. Y'all gotta stop wanting Hollywood warm and fuzzies from politicians.
I just don’t see how anyone can look at how things are going in this country right now and be okay with letting it continue because the other side didn’t “inspire them” enough.

"Multicultural" churches that tell you "your whole identity is in Christ" or some other form of yt washing, RED FLAGS.
One of the tell-tale signs of religious cults (bc I’ve OBSESSIVELY studied them) is isolation. And the way the isolation is done is simply by saying “hey we are the only good thing here THEY are evil. Very evil. And you have to come to us to be pure and not evil.” And that’s the basis of the msgs.

MAYBE I am just not privy to it but I have NOT personally seen or witnessed a mass denouncement of members of the historically white organizations. And this isn’t shade towards them, it’s moreso acknowledging a trend that’s attacking organizations that has overwhelmingly served minority communities.

Bc trust me, I know people who decided they no longer wanted to be in their org and they had their reasons and that’s fine. Ya know what they did? They simply and quietly let it go lol. The PUBLIC denouncements scream deeper issue — one rooted in attention-seeking, insecurity, and cultism.

Thanks. We have folks in our community giving vulnerable students rides to school, and a teacher shared that they were putting small stuffed animals on their dashboards to help kids identify safe cars. ICE picked up on it and started doing the same. Horrifying.
