Hi I'm Iris, I'm a solo game dev working on a racing game called Stick Drift and sometimes I stream too.
I'm working using UE5, Blender, Zbrush, Houdini, Substance Painter, Substance designer, Topogun and RizomUV to make it!

Trying to get split screen working and its randomly not spawning one of the player pawns.
Would make sense of it consistently didn't spawn a specific player but it's seemingly random between player 3 and 4.
Plus unreal doesn't seem too happy with me having 4 controllers plugged in.

I got the ubisoft avatar game cause its the only ubisoft game that's caught my eye in like a decade and its very pretty and kinda fun but something that's annoying me is during the daytime in game the FPS drops by 20 frames on my machine, so it goes from a comfy 70-80 FPS at night to 50-60 FPS.

I'm thinking about getting an eink tablet for reading comics and and it would be nice to be able to throw reference on that if I get one.

I can understand asking for nuance in these discussions, but deliberately muddying the water by bringing up automation tools that people understand are not generative AI and asking for a middle ground is disingenuous. The nuanced position is that people are roundly rejecting the tech, respect that.
