He/him. Fan of good football, music, movies, comedy and science. Not a fan of oligarchies, hypocrites, autocrats nor fascists.
Color me less-than-optimistic… Indy has already misjudged a few of these this year (Tyquan and Ebukam) and they do it every year.

I’m not saying they should be able to predict (medicine is hard!) but hard to have faith they’ll predict it correctly. I think they’re just choosing optimism.
The Colts are not expected to place Sauce Gardner on Injured Reserve, per me and @tompelissero.bsky.social. A sign he can return within the four week window.
Colts star CB Sauce Gardner, who suffered a calf strain in Sunday’s loss, is considered week-to-week with the hope he’s back during the regular season, sources tell me and @tompelissero.bsky.social after the MRI.

Not long-term. But he’ll miss some time.

This is what happens when we let the oligarchs buy up all the news sources.
This is completely fucking irresponsible
very odd that the Post would write up someone’s speciation as if it’s news. What are we doing here

Trump wrongly indicted me. I’ll rightly impeach him.

Impeachment isn’t just an option, it’s a necessity. I know firsthand the lengths Trump is willing to go in order to silence dissent — but is it working?

Back from the bye week, and my first impression is that Jaguars win over the Chargers means Colts can't hit cruise control in AFC South.

Indianapolis has the fourth-toughest remaining schedule in the NFL; Jacksonville has the fifth-easiest, albeit with two against the Colts.

Dolphins CB JuJu Brents, a former second-rounder with the Colts, is slated for season-ending foot surgery, per me and Mike Garafolo.

A frustrating end for Brents, who will be 100% in 2026.

Chargers FA CB Asante Samuel, who had a spinal fusion procedure this offseason, was fully cleared to return to the NFL by respected Drs. David Okonkwo and Nick Theodore in a letter agent Trevon Smith presented to NFL teams.

Samuel becomes a top FA and fascinating addition.

Then he pulled it again to start training camp, and again in the opener.

He hopes it’s finally behind him now.

Because the Colts could use him at CB. www.indystar.com/story/sports...

@brandondavisbd.bsky.social yo!!!! Not really on Threads or the bad place anymore, but doesn’t the 2nd Spiderverse movie have a canon explanation for Vulture in Morbius’ universe?

It’s still dumb, but that movie clearly explained that all Vultures swapped universes temporarily. Right?

Nathan Brown is moving over after a stellar run on the IndyCar beat to take my old position.

He’s not on Bluesky, but you can pester him to change that here: x.com/by_nathanbro...
Nathan Brown on X: "Some Silly Season news: I decided this 6-month-long IndyCar offseason was a bit too lengthy. Today is my first in a new role at @indystar & @IndyStarSports, joining @JoelAErickson (& importantly giving him a chance to breathe) on the Colts beat." / X
