This is a profound misunderstanding of Mills' work and what I've said. Fortunately, I have the time to correct you.

First of all, Mills' subject is political theory and political organization which, as I said, ignores the ways in which colonialism has structured the world around white supremacy.

Now, I don't agree with this line of reasoning because:

1) It ignores Democratic governance where groups other than those of European origin have majority in a society, therefore violates it's own presumption.

2) It creates a rationale for dictatorship by rejecting the one system that avoids it.
