There are two types of Magic games:
- games where your first two opening hands look like this
- games where you have a perfectly playable opening 7 that just happens to match up horrendously with your opponent's deck

Pre-prequels Star Wars EU kinda rocks. They got Jedi with families (none of this baby-snatching business from episode 1) and Jedi with colorful armor and pauldrons

I will admit to being made more curious about Avatar TLA after the Magic set released. I watched an episode like 15 years ago with my college roommates because they were huge fans and it didn't do much for me, but some of the stuff depicted on the cards looks pretty cool, like these two cards.
