We all need to make submissions that there are too many aspects of the legislation that will further damage, not fix, social cohesion and that broad consultation is needed to discuss and iron out all the issues. I urge everyone who has not done so to READ it & respond. Due tomorrow.

This legislation could go badly wrong. Part 5 alone has too much room for bad actors to make vexatious complaints in order to punish & silence others. For example, limiting the "reasonable person" test to members of the "target group" is a MASSIVE landmine.Who judges that? I think we know.
