I'm weird with you! I adore custom made and always happy to wait however long it takes.

One of my most commonly-used phrases in ALL areas of my life is, "no rush." And I MEAN it. I'm fine with waiting for my food at a restaurant, my drink order, my Etsy order, customer service to look into it, etc.

I'm shaking almost too hard to type. I entered SLC airport and heard screams and cries for help. I could see people gathered around, watching. I sped over to discover this woman face down on the floor, four grown men pushing her down, while she cried "HELP ME" and pled for her child.

This is what I get for not using 🌿Fern CRM for everything:

The (non-Fern) chat widget we've used for almost a decade is suddenly unavailable, not showing up on any pages, & the site/dashboard is inaccessible.

So we'll (finally) replace it with our own Fern CRM chat, but it's down in the meantime.

You can start a meeting room where members can see each other & interact (like group coaching for example)

OR

You can use a streaming service (like Zoom) to broadcast live & anyone can watch (like FB live, webinar)

Lots of natural light for the ferns & I love seeing so much sky instead of buildings/traffic.

Right now it's one big echo chamber which I direly need to fix.

(Which means new CRM tutorials are temporarily on hold.)

They've done a really good job of making it impossible to 100% boycott Amazon.

It seems like there should be monopoly laws to protect us from being dependent on a single douchebag's empire.

Pro-tip from a CX expert: customer ease increases retention AND conversions!

Optimizing your site for your existing clients/customers is just as important as optimizing it for new sales.

People who struggle to find the login link are less likely to refer & less likely to keep paying every month.

How do we refute whatever study resulted in SaaS brands making it so hard to find their "login" link from their home page?

It's become a red flag for me that a SaaS product is optimized for conversion, not actual usage, when I have to hunt for the "login" link.

The login button on 🌿Fern CRM's home page is the top source of our website traffic and I'm 100% here for it!

Why on earth would we want to make it harder for our awesome people to find their dashboard and keep using it every month???

Years ago, I worked with a company that refused to put the login link on their website pages, but PAID Google to be the top result when people searched for their brand name plus "login."

INSANITY.
