It is wild to me that we even needed a state-wide bill to make it legal to build apartments near transit, a thing that is the most sensical thing ever. But I am glad that it passed, and I look forward to NIMBY tears.

I've spent the last 8 months of my life working to pass #SB79. It will be transformative for housing in California, and is one of the best things I'll probably ever get to do.
