Found out Nick Thorpe passed away... Fuck, man.
I didn't know him that well, but from the comments he'd occasionally leave and just seeing/hearing about him and his work, he always seemed like such a lovely guy.
I hope he rests in peace, and my condolences to his family and friends.

This. But also, remember that passion alone doesn't pay the bills. Most indies underprice their games, are ignored by algorithms, undersold, some even unfairly blocked from selling... So check that your money actually moves in the direction you want people surviving and making things.
