The human body can only recover so much sleep debt at once. So if you ever find yourself stuck tired?
Take lil naps every so often honestly, or go to bed a little early on occasion.

I sleep with a nightlight and plushies, and I'm not afraid to admit that. No matter my age

Honestly, I have a similar take.
The world we live in is terrifying, and it feels like everybody is floundering and clung to find any kind of safety and stability.
If something brings you comfort, good. And if you find it embarrassing, ask yourself why.
It doesn't matter what it means to (1/2)
