Reset coming with Scottish Independence.
We can make a massive positive change the sooner we break away from the insidious politics England and its media is trying desperately to foist upon our families and communities.
We are so much better than this Scotland. Lets make a move forward, let's go 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
The UK, where the day after a decision to take half a million children out of poverty, the media & political world has been full of sneering at those same children & their families, labelling them as ‘Benefits Street’, while the same people are moaning about a tax on £2m mansions. Shameful stuff.

Scotland can do this without any nuclear reactors!
The UK could switch to renewables for the price of two nuclear reactors.
Everyone's energy bill could drop to standing charge only, to cover grid costs & maintenance.
If we pushed further, we could export that energy to pay for that too.

When my husband and I, both Scots born in Scotland from generations of Scots, returned to Scotland after living overseas for 10 years, we HAD to tick the box saying we were immigrants.

I phoned the Home Office.

They said we were classed as immigrants because we had been away for so long.

Huh.
The number of British citizens emigrating hasn’t increased, btw. Outward migration is up, but the increase is mostly non-EU migrants leaving the UK.

The methodology counting emigration of British citizens changed in 2021, which increased the number, and it’s been pretty much flat ever since…

According to Starmer, the nation of Scotland is to be forced to stay in the UK whether the Scottish people like it or not, & were forced out of the EU whether they liked it or not.

That is not democracy.

London: 7°C - Pitlochry: -2°C
Yet the person freezing in Pitlochry pays more for electricity — electricity generated in their own town.
Meanwhile, London, which produces almost none, pays less.
This isn’t just unfair. It’s exploitation. And it’s happening in Scotland every single day.

a) "Once in a generation" wasn't said by the SNP and wasn't their policy - it was a campaign comment by Alex Salmond to encourage people to get out and vote.
b) Reeves comments play straight into UN case - i.e. denial of any right to decide Scotland's future.
c) She's only too aware of polling.
Rachel Reeves has been accused of showing an 'astonishing level of arrogance' after she dismissed a second independence referendum if the SNP win a majority at next year's Holyrood election
