I went no contact with my mother years ago. It wasn't an entirely selfish decision, I also made it for the good of my wife, friends & other family. My mother has been known to call anyone she can think of to cause trouble when she isn't getting the attention she feels she deserves. 🤷🏻♂️

The introduction to the SS painting guide I did which contained what is apparently a trigger phrase, 'The Nazis were the bad guys,' was bait.

I disagree - there are a number of very simple solutions to the small boats 'crisis', such as allowing asylum seekers to apply for asylum online or arrive by air or ferry, but that assumes that the crisis is the boats themselves and not millions of people being uncomfortable with non-white people.
