Have you ever played an FPS and two enemies jump out and you dither and shoot right between them?

This is like questioning the path once you've started something. Finishing stuff is good.

This is an estimate of our cashflow up until shipping Forbidden Solitaire (final spike is a launch estimate based on wishlists).

x axis is an approximation to time. y axis is £ in the bank. It goes negative in the last month. Been there before, can weather the storm. Got a good feeling about it.

Monday morning I chase distributors who owe me reports + money. One just sent me a report where the gross revenue is 10x lower than normal (and it's not just my report). A mistake. Human or other I wonder?

This is Sektori! A twin-stick shooter I've been making (and documenting the journey) since April 2021. And it finally launched TODAY on Steam, PS5 and Xbox! Here's a fresh launch trailer, all shares highly appreciated. More game info in replies.

I flew to Canada this week to go to a Paul McCartney concert and I wrote about it here:

I just played through a great level. Have the auto-9 powered up and the music was great. Total carnage.

Made 17 full-price sales on Steam yesterday ranging from $10 to $15. Just goes to show that not everyone waits for sales. I appreciate those people.

Programmers often make their source code look really nice (to them) even though most likely no one else will see it.

Yes, it helps with readability as you are working on it or if you come back to it later, but it goes beyond that into something else.

This whole wishlist thing is only a small part of the picture even though we get obsessed by them.

The main thing is: is it appealing enough at launch to sell enough that the algorithm shows it around, streamers play it and friends tell friends.
